AWL is the result of years of ministry, community service and  working in the educational field. A life spent dedicated to providing inspiration, hope, guidance and educational support resulted in the development of a Community Collaborative dedicated to improving the lives of all people.  Utilizing tools and knowledge from an array of community agencies and caring, concerned, loving individuals, AWL came into existence in 2021. The organization compels local government, agencies, institutions and businesses to participate, sponsor and commit resources to programs, activities and initiatives that address needs common to all people. AWL influences the entire community to embrace an inclusive approach to growth and development by engaging every individual who expresses a need.
